Dear Mrs Stephanie Sheehy, we want to thank you and all your staff, who were involved in organizing our stay in Costa Rica. Our vacation was really very pleasant, the trips were exciting and impressive, and we appreciate your efforts to make everything satisfacting to us. And the final gift from you, i.e. the glass frog, was surprising and touching; now the frog is exposed on the shelf between other souvenirs from different countries.
